Stairlift breakdowns don’t always happen at convenient times. You might notice a problem just as you’re heading upstairs to bed, or discover your stairlift isn’t working when you wake up in the morning.

Our telephone lines are answered seven days a week, between 8am and 4pm, and we also operate an emergency breakdown service at weekends, providing that extra reassurance when you need it most.

But what happens if your stairlift breaks down at 9pm, 10pm or even 1am?

Although our team isn’t available to answer calls or attend breakdowns throughout the night, you can still call 0114 283 9364 and leave us a message.

We’ll pick up your message first thing the following morning and make every effort to arrange for one of our experienced engineers to attend to the problem as quickly as possible, often that very same day.

3. Calling between 8am and 4pm? Our team is available to answer your call seven days a week, including weekends.
4. Calling outside these hours?  Simply leave a message with your name, telephone number and a brief description of the problem.
5. We’ll be in touch. We’ll pick up your message first thing the following morning and do our best to arrange an engineer’s visit as soon as possible.

Remember, your safety always comes first. Never attempt to repair a faulty stairlift yourself.
