Now, for those who might not be familiar, our Service Agreement is something we really believe in here at Sykes Stairlifts. It’s designed to give you peace of mind and keep your stairlift running smoothly all year round.

Here’s what’s included:

A yearly service

This helps ensure the reliability of your lift and keeps everything in safe working order. We always recommend booking the service right at the start of your contract, just to get off on the right foot.

Call-out charges?
Covered.

Labour charges?
Covered.

Need help fast?
Customers on a Service Agreement get priority response and will be seen within 24 hours.

*Call out and labour is covered if there is something mechanically wrong with the stairlift.

Regular servicing is so important – not just for keeping your lift in tip-top condition, but for spotting any small issues before they become bigger (and more expensive) problems. A big part of the yearly service is a full safety check, so you can rest easy knowing everything is working as it should.
